Complete Your Coursework

Work through your course assignments at your own pace and submit them via Schoology. All coursework is 100% online — no campus visits, no set class times.

Submit Your Verification Form

Once you've completed all assignments, submit the Verification Form inside Schoology to signal that your coursework is complete. This triggers the grading process.

Receive Your Grade & VCSU Account Email

Allow 5 business days for grading. Once CFT submits your final grade to VCSU, you'll receive two things: a certificate of completion from CFT, and an email from VCSU with instructions to claim your student account and access your transcript.

Claim Your VCSU Account

Follow the instructions in the VCSU email to claim your User ID and set up your VCSU student account. This account gives you access to your official transcript.

After Your Course

Ordering Your Transcript

Once you've claimed your VCSU account (see Step 6 above), you can order an official transcript directly through VCSU's online portal. Transcripts are typically available within 2–4 business days of your grade being submitted.
