COURSES STILL AVAILABLE FOR REGISTRATION / COVID-19 COURSE MODIFICATIONS
In response to school closures due to COVID-19, we are working with our University Partners to allow teachers to continue to register and complete courses for License Renewal or Salary Advancement.
Because many teachers are not able to have direct contact with students in the classroom at this time, below are alternative options for teachers to properly complete their coursework:
1) Students who registered and completed implementation hours before school closures:If you registered for a course and you were able to complete your implementation hours in the classroom before schools closed, please follow the original syllabus. Once all coursework is complete, please submit all completed coursework in one email to the following email address: grades@creditsforteachers.com. Please make sure to do so prior to 6 months after registering with Credits for Teachers.
2) Students who registered before school closures but still have to complete the implementation hours:f you registered for a course with Credits for Teachers but did not yet complete the implementation hours in the classroom before schools closed, there is an alternative assignment you can complete instead of the Hour Log. During this time of school closures, we are offering an alternative assignment to the Hour Log called the “Implementation Plan” and with it an updated version of the Final Reflection. Below you can see links to the description of the plan, a template, and a description of the updated Final Reflection.
Once all coursework is complete, please submit all completed coursework in one email to the following email address: grades@creditsforteachers.com. Please make sure to do so prior to 6 months after registering with Credits for Teachers.
3) Students who would like to register for more courses:All of our courses are still being offered during this time of school closures. If you are interested in taking more courses with us, please visit our website creditsforteachers.com. If you register for a course with us after March 13, 2020, you will not have to complete the Hour Log assignment and you will be asked to complete the “Implementation Plan” referenced above. Below you can see links to the description of the plan, a template, and a description of the updated Final Reflection.
